Click to expand. Affinity Designer and Photo have in my experience worked much better in Mojave than High Sierra a.k.a. Performance killer. Dark mode goes well with the apps too.

Also Duet Display is now working in Mojave. I saw the Duet app featured on the iOS App Store yesterday and wondered surely Apple can't be promoting an app that hasn't been working. So I downloaded the latest Mac App from Duet's website and yes it's working great now! I missed using the Touch Bar on an iMac as well as the secondary screen. They seem to have changed how it works, it used to use a buggy extension which could cause all sorts of issues with macOS but now it uses Airplay which is great for stability, performance and minimal resource usage. Aperture is working perfectly again!
It began fine with b1, but b2 seemed to break importing from the camera (D500, over USB, now that Nikon's finally discovered USB3, plus not having an XQD card reader). Subsequent versions have remained unchanged, until b7, which seems to've restored importing to full normality. ^^ (My workaround had been to use Photos to slurp the RAWs out of the camera, and then import into Aperture from the SSD, which worked fine) I filed a formal bug report against b2, but that was quickly closed on the basis of Aperture being unsupported - which is true, but given the fault lay not in Aperture, but some subtlety of the OS, I felt a touch misplaced. Notwithstanding, the fact this appears to have been fixed gives me a modicum of encouragement - perhaps there still are some Apple folk with love for Aperture.
I experienced crashes with version 12.1.3.0 of the plug-in I then installed a later version 12.1.44.1 but still the same issue persists- Event log error details are pasted below- Faulting application name: WFICA32.EXE, version: 12.1.44.1, time stamp: 0x4db51012 Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.17514, time stamp: 0x4ce7ba58 Exception code: 0xc0000374 Fault offset: 0x000ce653 Faulting process id: 0x1fd4 Faulting application start time: 0x01ccc0d779ef89ca Faulting application path: C: PROGRA2 Citrix ICACLI 1 WFICA32. I did a research on the issue with the specific exception error and seems many have faced the issue of the ICA crashing on Windows 7. The specific error is caused by a heap corruption and could be caused by some applications conflicts. Have you lately installed any application on the windows 7 machines? You can follow this link which shows the method for tracing the issue: In a separate thread in Citrix forums one of the participators reported that he could resolve the issue by downgrading to ICA plugin version 11.
